I help women 40+ restore their energy when fatigue, anxiety, and the constant need to “hold it together” have become the background of everyday life. I work without pressure, without “shoulds,” and without attempts to fix or reshape who you are.
This is a space about energy, vitality, and beauty after 40. About maturity without cynicism and depth without strain. About honesty – first and foremost with yourself. About journeys not only around the world, but inward as well.
True change is not about constant positivity or “high vibrations.”
It is about mature honesty. First and foremost – with yourself.
About the ability to be alive: to feel, to be angry, to love, to cry, and to rejoice.
And not to hide behind “everything is fine” when inside – it is not.
I work with women who are tired of being “strong” – living on autopilot and feeling disconnected from themselves. With those who do a lot for others but have lost touch with who they are. With those who appear to be coping on the outside, while inside there is emptiness and a desire not to “be better,” but to come back to themselves.
My name is Alexandra. I work with women around the world and help them reconnect with their bodies, emotions, inner support, and joy for life. I have over 1,000 hours of individual client work behind me, and each of them has confirmed one thing – true change is not a technique or a method, but a living, embodied experience.
My work – through sessions and through words – is not about being “perfect” or living by someone else’s rules. It is about honesty, depth, and living without masks. I don’t fix or correct you. Instead, I create a space where you can listen to yourself, see the truth, and choose how you want to live – gently, deeply, and in a way that is true to you.
